Beach View Hotel Saint James

Reasonably clean original accommodation with unbeatable location opposite stunning Payne's bay and attentive staff.

There was really nice outdoor restaurant with delicious meals.

Enjoyed this place, it was perfectly clean and had perfect facilities and service. I was here for 7 nights and ate at poolside restaurant on the first floor right by the pool and restaurant.

It was impeccably clean, the staff was particularly helpful, plus the service was very good. The hotel room was reasonably priced with view or certain floor.

The hotel was restful and fairly clean with exceptional views of the beach and main pools. I spent a very relaxing time here, would recommend to anyone.

Everything was well-maintained, personable staff, pleasant location right by the restaurant and the lovely Payne's beach a stones throw away and beach and restaurants.

The restaurant was very nice for all meals throughout the day, we ordered appetising dishes. The beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean was astonishing.

Great value, it was great stay. Walking distance to the sandy beach.

Functional place to stay while travelling around Saint James. Enjoyed my stay, it was memorable, the service was brilliant. Simple location in the local area.

The place is pleasant and perfectly clean, it offers fresh made breakfast and lovely location opposite wonderful swimming beach. They have cold beverages in the pool bar.

I would recomand to anyone staying here. I loved staying in this 4 star hotel. Location close enough to restaurants and the beach.

The staff were kind and the pool area was lovely. The bed was comfy and room was individual & tasteful. Very pretty location right next to paynes bay fish market. Restaurant was premium and the food was delightful. This marvellous hotel was great value as contrasted with other options...

It made my trip to Saint James a restful experience. Inclusive breakfast, beautiful location and charming staff. The outdoor restaurant was nice, excellent service. Absolutely fabulous room, well-kept, with a spacious bathroom. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

We would like to stay here on the next trip as we had a fantastic time and enjoyed the hotel. Local beach near the place;))

gorgeous building, absolutely perfect rooms, great value. excellent view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. the staff were genuinely friendly, was willing to help and made us feel welcomed. spotless and fairly new hotel in a quiet location.

a functional kitchen was a big plus. excellent place for those searching family vacation in saint james. food was deliciuos.

Cariba restaurant and bar was 10 mins walk away. We enjoyed rooms and staff here. 25 minutes' drive to the airport. No complaints with the hotel
